Servicelink any clue how to get dox, not red "x"?

I'm referring to the files that begin with "1" not "2" in the order number, the former ATM orders.

I've always been able to cut and paste the password and user name and bring up the file.

Now after I log in all I get is a red x.

Any smarties out there?
