I did a closing for them on May 31. I emailed on Aug 2 to figure out when payment was sent. I was told the person who handles it ONLY works Wednesday and Fridays. They would forward my request and I would get a call back when she comes into office on Wednesday. Well both days have gone by. I called just 10 mins ago and guess what, the person who handles the payment wasnt in today. I asked for a direct number to this "person" and all I got was "I'll forward your request via email and cc post closing. Hopefully someone will call you on Monday"
