It's only sad for her because she didn't enlist another sucker.
I'm always willing to give a company with low stars a chance *IF* they have recent positive history. So, let's say they had a bunch of 1-2 stars 4 years ago, but in the last year have a lot of genuine 4-5 stars. I would at least talk to them and try to negotiate something.
But if recent history shows a pattern of the same thing... sorry. Chasing money on low paying jobs is not worth my time or effort. I'd rather work for the companies who respect my time and pay me what I'm worth. It's funny how the timely paying companies are also the ones who pay well. Funny how that works, isn't it? |
