You're absolutely correct, Teresa. They could've done that and I would've gladly complied. In fact, I was hoping they'd use that option.
But, maybe it's just too sensical and reasonable a solution for corporate mindset. Maybe tunnel vision doesn't allow any deviation from their script.  Dunno. I do know that OCT didn't bother to address my suggestion of using a "dummy" entry - a test, if you will. Rather, they totally dismissed me at that point. |
