Great comment, Sandra. I don't think one has to know how to fly the plane; but it sure helps to know what to do in the event of a "crash landing"!
Signers love it when we're "calm and patient," so they relax, too. And I love it when I can confidently say, "I've seen this before!" Most of my training is by Doing.
When I get nice compliments from bor I asked if I can use in my marketing
