All good advise. I had already been knee deep in signing central doing my leg work. I had also determined a $100/loan on up fee was the way to go. I have over 20 years experience in Real Estate and Mortgage transaction and have been to over 3000 closing. I am not interested in letting these signing companies exploit my services and hurt the industry as a whole. Thanks again and if anyone has a specific company that they believe is good with new SA let me know.
