Some states are better at that than others, clearly. Also, in some states, there are other smaller associations that are regional or mostly focus on state issues. The AAN is another great option, especially for Texas notaries. And I believe Pennsylvania has one, too. (PAN?)

Anyone have any more information on these other groups? We probably don't hear enough about these options.
