I am sure that another factor in my continued viability, is the fact that
I am in a densely populated, urban area.
There are a whole bunch of reasonably affluent homeowners within a fairly
short distance form my house. I rarely need to travel more than 15 or 20 miles and can
frequently do two or more signings on a single trip. Further there are numerous UPS/FEDEX
drop locations within a reasonable distance.
As they say, "location, location, location. "
