Yes, I do have different prices for different packages.
I have a base loan signing fee; larger than avg (120 pgs) e-doc packages = additional fee fax/scan backs = additional fee(s) out of my local coverage area = additional fee(s) certain types of loan signing requests = a higher starting fee. certain times/holidays - you guessed it, I charge more.
My time, skills, knowledge, expertise, professionalism, high level of customer service, and my smiling face are worth what I have determined I should charge for them. After nearly 15 years of combined involvement in this sector of the financial services industry (on both sides of the loan table), why would I advertise to a potential client that I didn't believe I'm worth what I say I am by cutting my fees? ... jmo
