Let the borrowers find their own notary. Get paid what it's worth.

But then, there goes the certified, approved notary status we all pay dearly for if the borrower is going to UPS or other mailbox notary staffed locations.

More room for error.

I put MC in my spam. Don't know how they crept back in with this cheesy offer.
