Barb, last year was the first time I attended. I plan on going back next year. I was pleased at the different types of workshops offered. I was able to sign up for what I wanted and felt I needed. I even took one of their basic notary training classes. I was surprised that it covered some Alabama-specific information that was timely and accurate.
There was only one workshop I left early because it seemed to me the presenter wasn't "ready for primetime" but all the others (I think I attended 6-8) were top notch. I left with a notepad full of ideas.
Did the experience increase my NSA income directly or indirectly? No. Did my business benefit from what I learned? Absolutely.
I think you should go next year especially since you won't have to pay for airline travel. |
