I wanted to take a moment to respond to your post. Indepth Closing Solutions is a new service being offered by our company, Indepth Solutions, Inc. Yes, we are headquartered in Boise, Idaho, but are not “brand new”. We have been in business for nearly nine years. Indepth Solutions is a national title abstracting and research company supporting the mortgage and title industries. We serve many of the largest national banks and title companies and have established an impeccable reputation for excellence and customer service. We are building the new service at the request of our existing customers who know us and trust us to perform at the highest levels. This is why we have reached out to you and your fellow NNA certified signing agents, we want the best on our team. Yes our package is extensive, but there is a very good reason for that. As a direct vendor of national banks, we have been very much involved with understanding and implementing new regulations coming out of the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau CFPB. These regulations are then translated into requirements within the service level agreements of the big banks. While it may take some time to filter their way through the entire industry, they will. I can be as frustrated as the next person when it comes to over regulation, but I don’t make the rules just have to play by them like you do. I would ask that you keep these realities in mind when considering our “35” pages. The package is fully fillable and e-signable to make it as easy for all of you as possible. Also, please consider that not only is this used as an agreement between you and our company, it also is used to demonstrate to our customers and regulators exactly what our policies and procedures are and how that translates to the service level expectations of our valued signing partners. As for the payment issues raised; yes it lists 45 days. However, that is an outside number as many of our clients pay in 45 to 60 days. How it works in reality is that we process our payables once a month. So if you did a signing on the 2nd of the month you would receive payment in a month, if you did an order on the 25th you would get paid in about a week.
