| May I also address the fact we are offering SPW compliant background checks to ALL notaries: Given the number of notaries in our system, we were able to negotiate what we believe to be the best rate available in the market. This was NOT done as profit center for us, but rather as a convenience and value for YOU. Can anyone on this panel share with us where you can get an SPW compliant background check in 49 states for a FLAT fee of $45? You can't, because it does not exist other than at www.indepthbackgroundchecks.com . In addition, you are provided your own report which can be used with all your customers, not just us. In addition to that, we do not require our signing agents to obtain one of our background checks. We fully accept and support the NNA, Sterling or any other SPW compliant check to satisfy this requirement. Seems like you can’t do anything to attempt to serve you guys that isn’t met with absolute cynicism. Time will tell for everyone. I am confident that the more you are able to see how we intend to operate this new service, the more comfortable you will be with us. We’re not going anywhere but up, so time we have.
