driver/company/hiring party is not going to agree to it - but it will make them see what MUST be included to comply with their seal requirement.

I never said each page is a separate document. But since notaries notarize signatures, the signer of the doc could feasibly acknowledge or swear to the contents of each page, sign it at the bottom and each "signature" is notarized...thus enabling a seal to be affixed to each page....for a fee of course, which the driver/company/hiring party is NOT going to agree to, nor are they going to agree to this most cumbersome method.
