I should have added: Just a couple of weeks ago they went to bat for me. A TC requested after the fact that they wanted a lot more fax backs then what they requested. I had already dropped the package so I could not fax any more. The TC was not happy with me and emailed SC and it was forwarded to me with the response from SC that Claudine had performed her duties as was requested. And another email from TC wanting to know why I had not called them to see if faxes had been received? The response from SC was that it was not requested that the notary do this and in the future if you want the notary to do this you must inform us!
I have since worked with SC and the same TC and they now have a nice clear instruction page with their packages outlining what they require!
I am not being prompted nor paid to stick up for SC. Too many times we hear of the bad companies lets applaud the ones that are doing something right! |
