I enjoy working with them. And I appreciate all the work they send me.

Regular work. Reasonable fee. They pay more for large packages, Reverse mortgages, VA loans, fax backs. Instructions are clear. All they ask is an email update after the loan closes. They pay Trip Fees and Print Fees. Pay like clock work once a month.

When a loan gets rescheduled, they make a point of calling you first. They do email blasts, but if they know it's in your area, they sometimes call you as well.

They seem to work with a "processing" company in India, and that can sometimes delay things. But if you set up your assignment right, and keep communicating with the borrower to work around your / their schedule, it usually works out. There may be an odd loan here or there that is extra stressful, but that's the line of work we are in. If there is volume of work, I have no problem if a loan here and there is occasionally more work. Sometimes they can be super easy as well.
