Sorry for that late, late response. I only just now found this thread. Just wanted to clear up one important issue mentioned. The background check we offer is NOT required and that is perfectly clear in our package. We fully accept any SPW/CFPB compliant background check, like those of the NNA or Sterling for example. We only negotiated a partnership to provide them as a service to any signing agent who needed one. This is NOT a positive revenue source for us, as we’ve passed the savings off to the signing agents. $45 is the best value out there period. Plus you are sent a copy directly and are free to use it with anyone you wish. The credentials behind the background check are impeccable and should be accepted by anyone. |
