When you break it down, this job really doesn't depend on high fees to ensure that it's done right.
Provide good service to the title company and to the borrower. Be an extension of the title company for the time that you are working for them. Respect the borrower and treat them as you would want to be treated. Know the docs and how they should be executed. Make sure they're signed, initialed, and notarized correctly. Return them promptly.
I'm cheap, but I provide a good service. If you're willing to pay me more, I'll be grateful.
