The staff at Indepth Closing Solutions would like to offer our sincere appreciation to all the signing agents who participated in our National Fee Survey. The survey was a huge success, with over 2,950 agents participating from all 50 states and over 5,000 comments, thoughts and recommendations provided. So many great ideas that we are delaying the anticipated launch date for going live with the service. Many of the recommendations require further IT development on our end, while others are more simple policy changes. All in all, our current target is sometime here in the first quarter of 2015, but sooner rather than later, if at all possible. Below is a link to the survey results for your review and consideration. We are also considering the release of individual state results for some of the larger states like California, Florida and Texas.
In addition, we are excited to announce that two of our largest national customers have invited us to begin discussions for activating the new signing service nationwide this month! Sharing your survey results and recommendations, as well as, our implementation of them, will be at the top of our list. We certainly welcome any additional feedback you may wish to offer.
