| Good work Christine! Yes, she should just apply for a duplicate title, and then sell it to her daughter and skip the grandson all together. Otherwise would have to go through the "chain of command"...the state always wants their money. In Florida, they issue only electronic title now, so perhaps she can go that route. I paid my car off, and never got the title. It sits at the DMV on their computers as paid...and then when you sell it, just goes through the computer base. |
