several months, especially w fass. They have a policy that, no docs at 2 hrs from signing, SA can turn back assignment w/no negative whatevers. Guess what.....docs come at EXACTLY 2 hr 3 min from time of signing, especially w/freedom.
It's all during the month, not just at month end. their policy stinks if you have any type of a drive, or anything else to do that day! Now I expect it, but my schedule is just not that busy--but it's a teeth grinder for those w/long drives. Since the fee is a large chunk-o-change for those, I don't want to turn them back.
My guess is that fass will feel the backlash of this cheesy performance by having to re- re-schedule w/borrowers. At some point, fass & their clients will figure out they are losing $ on this policy....I hope. |
