I've always been very flexible...however in crunch times
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott of CA on 2/26/15 10:28am Msg #525431
with high volume files in any given day, I can only do so much. Last night I would have ended up in the SB mountains with lots of unlighted roads, lower visibility, and then having to get to my next signing 30 minutes away. Just not worth it. There was a time when I would do this. I like to get home safe and sound and in one piece.

Borrowers are already a little upset about the grueling process, then to have the signing appointment rescheduled at the 13th hour just makes things a little more unpleasant, wondering what the heck is wrong with this picture.

I'll be glad when everyone finds their niche and things so smoother on the lending/uw'ing end.
