Even though I manage to keep the vast majority of my business within a 15 mi radius and I have tons of competition in my area, those fees don't cut it for me, either. Not even close. Frankly, I don't think those kinds of fees should be appropriate for ANYONE - at least not anyone with any kind of business sense. And if they don't have that, what kind of decisions are they going to be making at the signing table?
