I would love this for myself! Pull up into the drive, and invite them in, instead of sitting in their sometimes "stinky" house. lol The title co. would not be saving money for themselves on this I wouldn't think...they have to purchase and deck out this vehicle, have their staff drive around locally, when if they are local, just go to the office in a more professional setting.
For us, we would need to charge more, because we would have to have it running for the AC and equipment, lightning during the whole closing, higher insurance because this is now a truly a mobile business as the clients go inside the vehicle. Cute idea however, and I can see this would really give us a edge over the competition. They have it for mobile pet groomers, lock smith, handymen, why not for us? |
