Agree Linda,
The title companies usually want experienced closers 500+ under their belt, not the newbies. The XYZ promotes working for cheap SS so they maybe get some work, knowing full well the title companies will not touch them right now or good SS's. I think the biggest mistake a newbie can make is saying they are a new and charging as such and devaluing their worth. "Don't ask, don't tell", and just work for good SS who pay at least $$$. Don't call the SS with newbie questions, try and find the answers online before calling them if at all possible. jmo
