Nope, no way, now how. That is unfortunate UPS lost the package, they need to take it up with UPS for a redraw and expenses occurred by their negligence...not yours.
It will eventually turn up, and then 2 signed loan packages if you did that? Besides, if that was the real reason, why didn't they call you on the 25th looking for it? We are 6 days past the sign date. Something fishy going on.
Run! Not your problem, and if you go back out they need to pay full fee again.
