I got an email from a company called US Inspect for $30 inspections. The orange search button found one reference to this company but no detailed information about it. According to an email response from this company, no license is necessary? Does anyone have experience with this company?

Good Morning,
US Inspect was awarded a national contract to perform REO repair verifications inspections for Fannie Mae.
Here’s how it would work -
1. US Inspect would send you a list of requested repairs.
2. You would access the home via lockbox at any time during daylight hours.
3. On site, you will utilize our free app to verify the repairs, grade the repairs, and take a photo of the repairs (and some additional photos of the home).
We do not know exactly how many of these inspections will occur in your market over the course of this project, although with 2,000 of these inspections per month; it could be substantial.
Each site inspection pays $30 and should take between 20 to 30 minutes to complete. You can download the scope of work here. If the property is inaccessible, an $18 cancellation fee will be paid instead.
