Seems you're caught in someone else's knee-jerk idiocy. What MATTERS is the pickup time of the location. Whether it 'tracks' from the moment it hits the UPS store or when it's picked up from that store...FACT IS a package isn't moving until it's picked up...usually once a day. Also, 'tracking' doesn't necessarily mean 'delivery'. As many people have attested on this forum--it can still get lost in the process, so I seriously doubt that statement that 'they'll start the process based on tracking'.
Seems to me that the whole problem began with THEIR LATE DOCS. |
