The way I see it, they are looking for any excuse to wean down their notaries. What's the difference to drop by noon, if the truck doesn't come to collect until 5:00? As long as it makes the drop and it arrives by tomorrow, that's the main thing. Some of you guys live 10 miles or more away from a UPS store, that's 20 miles back and forth just to get a receipt and then do it by noon? Sort of makes an 11:00 closing impossible to drop, right? I do not work for them, or probably never will. Like it's been said a zillion times before we are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS who run our own businesses. As long as we deliver the job assigned as promised, they have no right to determine how we do our jobs. The can make recommendations and such, but that's all it should be, a recommendation. In our lives we should determine our time management, when and where to make our drop offs and at what time. jmo. |
