I too took one -- could not get any contact info for borrowers -- reached out to title - found out it was a notary like us who accepted job and then farming out -- title was not happy. Needless to say, direct contact now with title, while the fee was workable, it doubled. Usually I don't gamble, but figured I had zero going on that day, with my kids off from school for the summer they suck the $$ right outta me...lesson learned! Try contacting title for payment....can't hurt!
