I want to verify not a banking error

Before I give their name. If they have not responded by Thursday I will tell you who they are. I had WF close one of my accounts in late June and not notify me. When I called about two autopays not going through they said there was "suspicious" activity 12 and 10 days prior to my call so they closed the acct. Gotta love banks. They. Now wait for us to call.
