Anyone working for any SS below 3 stars is hurting all of us, and any NSA who does, needs their head examined after all the preaching we do on here trying to advise. They can promise you anything, even $150.00 closings because they know darned well they will never send a check (or it will bounce) in this case.
I don't care what the reasons everyone lists are for a 1 star SS. They are stealing and defrauding, saying anything to get the deal closed so they can make their $200.00+ and send you nothing in the end, all off your back.

"Gawd, this business sucks"....right with you on this one.
