Breaks down to a loss of $200.00 per month. I admire that they told you to your face and not just slow down in using you. Sometimes we lose business at no fault of our own, and wonder what happened....here they told you basically what they would like and what's going on. I imagine if you say no, you will lose them or they will slack the closings only until they really need you. What are your other's paying? Is that your normal price, highest price? You have to average it out. If other's pay that in that area, no reason really they cannot. jmo My area from my SS's would not pay $125.00, but I have enormous competition. I refuse to drop lower than $100.00, and I think my area has been generally speaking. It's all based on supply and demand. In the end it's your call and your business. We all have to draw a red line somewhere. Mine is at $100.00. Good luck, sleep on it. Sometimes not worth losing a fantastic client over a few bucks. At least they pay, dependable and your go to. |
