Hi guys, while there are limitations on what we can and can't do to influence fees, we do offer some ways for you to influence the fees companies offer and for you to deal with low-paying companies.
We highly recommend letting companies know directly that their fees are too low. This is the best way to give companies this feedback and for you to directly influence fees. It's a pretty big sign to companies if there are many notary signing agents letting them know that their fees are too low and no one's responding that they're available for the signing at the given price.
If you feel that companies who offer low fees are taking up a lot of your time and effort, you can also always block companies. If anything changes in the future, you can always unblock companies too.
We offer instructions on how to let companies know that a fee is too low and how to block companies here: https://support.snapdocs.com/hc/en-us/articles/220966308-How-can-I-indicate-to-a-company-that-I-would-not-accept-a-signing-because-the-fee-is-too-low-it-s-too-far-away-etc-
Aside from that, we're actively working on providing more information to help you determine whether a fee is appropriate and exploring other ways we can help you negotiate and deal with low fees. One thing we recently introduced is providing page count - you can see Message #555295 for more information on this.
And as always, you can reach us at support@snapdocs.com if you'd like to share any feedback with us at all! |
