This is what I found on their website if anybody else is curious "Get money for drop-offs. Even if you don't process the payment for the package through your store, you still get money for accepting the package. As of 2015, you receive $0.75 for ground or smart post and $1.00 for express." So that means they get $1 every time we drop off our docs with them. One of the employees where I usually drop my packages recently decided that I do not need a receipt because I have the tracking number. I went over to another place to drop them and the owner of that shop told me that they only give receipts if I buy my labels through them. I asked this guy if I gave him a few dollars if he would accept my package and print a receipt and he said no. Come to find out, this last guy is one of my competitors in the area. Go figure.
