| I charge an extra 15.00 for fax backs. I never trust them when they say only critical docs...it is always 35-48 pages and I usually split them into two parts. But I let them know up front what my fee is and if they want fax/scan/email back it is an additional cost for travel from appointment to home office and back to Ups or FedEx....I too just had a BocA with fax backs roughly 37-38 pages. I am tickled to death when they tell me no,no need for fax backs.....I have not had any resistance to speak of for the additional fee....it is what it is..... |
