| That's because you are in California and have a lot of driving to do just to get anywhere. I live in the suburbs of Minneapolis where there is high density new housing popping up everywhere. All the old farms are turning into brand new housing developments and I live right in the middle of it all. The only reason I can take a lot of closings in one day and scheduled so close together is because I don't have to drive very far at all. I seriously don't know how you California notaries do what you do. My first closing was 8 minutes to the NW of me, my second and third closings were two blocks apart from each other 8 minutes straight east of me, and my last closing was 10 minutes straight east of those two. The Applebee's was 6 minutes straight east of me. That is why I try to work for as many companies as I can so I get to stay closer to home for my closings. The close proximity of all my closings allows me to be able to schedule up to 8 closings in one day, schedule so close in time, and still accommodate late docs. |
