I do not know Howard Blum and I have never worked for Howard Blum but recently when I posted something here about the Snapdocs thumbs up thumbs down rating system, here is a private message I received from Howard Blum.

Subject: Snap Docs Has A Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down Notary Rating System

Now you know how some signing services feel when good companies like mine get bad ratings anonymously from signing agents THAT NEVER WORKED WITH US and there is nothing we can do about it.

I would not be surprised if they got the idea of the thumbs up or down from the anonymous rating system from this website.
