I'm averaging 40 - 50 a month, which is about all I can handle right now. I think much of it depends on where you live, what type of a clientele you have, etc. Someone who lives in the city is going to do more business than someone in rural America. I do agree with someone else though, I don't know how someone would do 12 in one day...even just sitting at a desk and rolling them through would take a good 10 hours or so depending upon slower borrowers or fast borrowers, package size, etc. Not to mention, I can't imagine with the fees that are allowed for one signature in some states, how someone sitting at a desk and NOT traveling could really make anything off of it. Doesn't seem like it would be worth it to me, but that's JMO. 100 closings in a month is a LOT, and while the money might be nice, I'm not into killing myself for it. And this is assuming all 100 were mortgage closings and not some other type of closing. If you've got that kind of time and stamina, then hey, good for you! :-)
