Equipment: *High speed laser printer. I do not use duel tray myself, but nice if you have one. Trick is to price the cost of toners vs the price of the machine. I like Brother and use a MFC 8710DW which has your legal size glass bed copier scanner and fax, and toners last 8000 pages. I do not fax, just scan, but has one if needed. *at least 2 extra toners on hand (buy through Amazon, e-bay for best price...the generic version) * Smart phone *GPS *cases of letter and some legal paper (at least 5 reams) *blue pens and a few black ones *binder clips to clip your packgages *UPS & Fed Ex supplies *Computer *filing cabinet to keep your assignments until paid and stay organized *A stapler so you can staple a check to the CD at a closing if paid with check *A tote or briefcase to carry your documents to a closing *You may need little post a note arrow markers in the beginning to mark pages you may miss.
