You can do without the landline but a laser printer, computer and internet, letter and legal paper are necessities. $150, doubt that these days you will get that from signing services. Most title companies that hire signing agents want experience (a lot rides on the loan docs being notarized correctly) and signing services want to pay as little as possible.
