But I am self employed in tax prep/bookkeeping as well as NSA work. I have been self employed for 25 years and let my guard down to one returning client for taxes and one newer client, neither of which apparently want to be returning clients anymore. Now I am trying to collect payment for services. Again this was my error and I have never remained unpaid in the past for any of my services. However, these two are giving me fits.
Questions: does anybody here use a collection service to assist collecting unpaid revenues? Is it going to cost me more then what is owed?
As much as anything it is the principle of the thing as much as the money and would at least like to give them a little grief....HAHA.
