True...but if you win the judgment, don't bother trying to collect. Just let the deadbeat suffer and when the deadbeat is tired of their financial life being marred and being charged the highest interest rate a new car, the highest premiums for insurance, can't rent an apartment, can't get a job, etc., the deadbeat will finally go TO the court and pay u[. Therefore, you get paid ANYWAY....and that was my point. |
