Discovering why business is more scarce & fees are lower

in my area. I've realized there are a couple of notaries in my area that advertise as having a "team", meaning they're really operating as an ss. They're grabbing up the work & then farming it out. Ughhhhh!
I also have one co. that's now offering fees based on the travel distance & offering lower fees. Of course, I have the option to decline them, but I really can't afford to be turning away a lot of business at this point.
Just needed to rant about the changes in the industry, including SD, that are wreaking havoc on our business. ;-(
