as a team and have for years. But we don't operate as a ss. When we have overflow that we can't handle we have a few other notaries that we give those signings to but they get the full fee. It's part of our networking and building a base of business that has given us an opportunity to operate in a way that we can handle way more direct business. For us it has been a very smart move both with managing time and being able to accept more signings because we divide up geographically each day.
How do you know they are operating as a SS? If they work as the type of team we work as it's just smart business. Escrow officers are very loyal when they know they don't have to worry about getting signings covered.
