I hope you also documented that you called the borrower confirmed the signing and location with the borrower. I generally write the date, time of call, telephone number called, and who (which borrower) I spoke with on my fee confirmation sheet.
As you know, there's a big difference between not meeting with a borrower and meeting with a borrower who decides not to complete the loan process. Hope you at least get a "print and TRIP" fee, which should be in your written contract with Loan-Closers.com. Again, as you know, many companies specifically state in their contract you will not get paid for a "no sign." |
