I am unclear if the original poster received unsigned copies or just didn't receive any copies at all. The original post said:

I am unclear if the original poster feels that "completed copies" means signed and dated copies. There has been some debate on this forum in the past whether "completed copies" means signed and dated copies or simply copies that have all the appropriate dates filled in on the form but remain unsigned in the borrower's copy packet. |
