I was asked to notarize a document that did not have CA wording on it so I attached an acknowledgement. I received a call shortly after they had left and he was telling me that the notarization had to be on the original page. I explained that I needed the CA wording in order to be able to notarize it but he kept insisting that it needed to be on the same page and couldn't be a loose acknowledgement and I explained again that I needed to use the CA wording. I don't know what he wound up doing.
