| For whatever reason, TranStar takes longer to pay on the applications then on the refi's. My husband completed one Reverse Mtg app for TranStar and it took over 60 days to get paid. Yet, I took a refi and they paid in less then 30 days. I can't understand why a title company is involved in any type of application anyway. |
