| was in a pinch. The lender on a signing was requiring 1,000,000 E&O so she was going to be forced to use Bancserv. However, I am current in the Bancserv system. They pay when they are desperate once or twice a year. Anyway, on this particular commercial deal of two loans, my fee was going to be $xxx on each one. She padded the notary fee (commercial so no CD) with another $50 so Bancserv got part of the fee. I got my regular fee and she got a notary she works with regularly. It was a win-win. |
